New bithiazolyl hydrazones have been synthesized by one pot novel synthetic route. Bithiazolyl hydrazones displayed noticeable antiTB activity compared to Rifampicin. Compounds, 3b, 6g, 6j, 6k, and 6l have shown excellent antiTB activity. Molecular docking study has shown better harmony with the evaluation trend.
