Channel catfish were immunized by infection with Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. High-throughput sequencing of expressed TCRβ CDR3 repertoires. Clonal expansion of public amino acid clonotypes following infection. Each clonotype predominately coded by an identical CDR3 DNA sequence in all fish.
