BaLa4Ti4O15 ceramics possess anisotropic grain growth with sintering temperature results in variable relative permittivtiy. The specific ratio between ab and c plane gives an optimized temperature coefficient of the relative permittivity. This phenomena might explain the variation and tuning of the properties of similar systems with anisotropic grain growth.
