Australian marine actinomycete yielded a new dimeric diketopiperazine. Compound contains an unusual C-6′/C-3 linkage between a dihydroindole and indole. Regiochemical changes in this structure lead to changes in anti-plasmodial activity. Structural revision of Yellow Sea actinomycete compound iso-naseseazine B reported.
