Studying influences of nonideal supports on the nonlinear behavior of microsystems. Modeling the nonideality of support using all horizontal, vertical and rotational springs. Solving the two-dimensional equations of motion without combining them. Assuming the nonideality of supports only in 1 or 2 directions can be inaccurate.
