Preparation of N,F-codoped TiO2 nanoparticles by three different methods and comparison of visible-light photocatalytic performances

Three N,F-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized using different sol-gel methods. N,F-doped TiO2 were applied in degradation of AR B, as a target pollutant in solution. Anatase N,F-TiO2 nanoparticles have enhanced photocatalytic degradation kinetics. The visible-light photocatalytic activities of three types of N,F-TiO2 were compared. N,F-TiO2(1) exhibits the higher photoactivity under visible light.
