Total inactivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa by electro-oxidation with BDD and DSA. SO42− medium: Faster inactivation using DSA due to the enhanced bacteria adsorption. Cl− medium: Faster inactivation using DSA due to the greater active chlorine production. Paracetamol: surface blockage, OHOH scavenger, toxic by-products for Pseudomonas. Efficient disinfection at low j and high Cl− content, along with gradual decontamination.
