Homogeneous deformation rather than SB occurs in the A/C nanolaminates. Deformation transition is attributed to the interactive between dislocations and STZs. Shockley partial dislocations sliding releases local shear strain concentration. Dislocations interaction induces strain hardening in the A/C nanolaminates.
