Mn3O4/N-doped graphene (NG) hybrid was synthesized by a simple one-pot hydrothermal process. The XPS analysis directly confirmed the successful N-doping of reduced graphene oxide. The N-doped graphene sheets anchored well-dispersed Mn3O4 nanoparticles, and producing abundant nanoscale porous channels. The Mn3O4/NG based anode material exhibits superior electrochemical performance with large reversible capacity, good rate capability and excellent capacity retention.
