Measures in the time and frequency domains for fitness landscape analysis of dynamic optimization problems

Using Discrete-time Fourier transform (DTFT) and dynamic time warping (DTW) distance to analyze dynamic fitness landscape. The measures are extracted from the frequency spectrum and the time domain of fitness landscape. The criteria evaluate the variation of fitness landscape from outline, keenness, period, fitness values and similarity. The proposed measures are adaptable for dynamic fitness landscape and have generality. The proposed measures supplement the existing metrics for evaluating the characteristics of dynamic optimization problem.
