Many physicians don't regularly implement practices that may prevent stimulant misuse. The majority of physicians don't think most prevention practices are very effective. When suspecting misuse/diversion, most physicians avoid immediate-release stimulants. Half of physicians don't often refer to treatment when they suspect stimulant misuse.
