SKF82958, a potent D1 receptor agonist, suppressed lateral inhibition. Suppressive effect of SKF82958 was antagonized by the pre-application of SCH23390. All dopamine receptors in NAc (D1, D2 and D3) drive suppression of uIPSCs.
