Dy3+/Eu3+ co-doped CsGd(MoO4)2 phosphor with tunable photoluminescence properties for near-UV WLEDs applications

Dy3+ & Eu3+ co-doped CsGd(MoO4)2 compounds were synthesized by the solid state method. Powder X-ray diffraction results confirmed that compounds are crystallized at monoclinic phase. SEM and TEM analysis exhibit micro-sheets like morphology of the phosphors. PL spectra of Dy3+ & Eu3+ co-doped CsGd(MoO4)2 phosphors exhibit blue, yellow and red emission. CIE color coordinates of these compounds lies in the warm white region with lower CCT values.
