Eu doped SnO2 nanophosphor was prepared by simple hydrothermal technique. A comparison between TSL glow curves for the annealed and un-annealed SnO2:Eu sample was conducted. High linear γ-dose ranges were notable features of the synthesized material. Below 1 kGy, SnO2:Eu nanophosphor did not show any TL properties.
