Brain and pulse wave signals of subjects were measured and analyzed in a car cabin. Optimal condition was effective in decreasing the driver’s stress during driving. The vent exit air condition has a major influence on thermal comfort of the driver. Besides, it has a significant effect on concentration of the driver.
