Graphene nanoparticles were synthesized via modified Hummers method.

Graphene –TiO2 nanocomposites were characterized to analyze their photoelectric performance.

With the increase in graphene concentration red shift in absorbance peak and reduction in band gap is observed.

Jsc was found to increase from 9.82 for TiO2 nanoparticles to 14.68 mA/cm2 by Gr-TiO2 nanocomposites.

The conversion efficiency of 7.68% was achieved.
