New organotin mono and di carboxylates derived from 2-phenyl-2-(p-tosylsuphonamino)acetic acid are reported. Structures were studied by NMR, X-ray diffraction and calculations. Hexa and heptacoordinated tin compounds were obtained. Heptacoordinated structure was analysed. Oxygen-oxygen weak interactions are discussed.
