Simultaneous coordination of visit intervals and service level in a two-echelon pharmaceutical supply chain (PSC) is investigated. Both members' conditions for participation in the collaboration models are considered. The model is extended to the case of collaboration on satisfying the required fill rate in PSC. On occasion, proper corporate social responsibility (CSR) compensation is necessary to satisfy the required fill rate. Collaborative decision-making among PSC members could improve the economic profitability and CSR in pharmaceutical industry.
