Aged vinegar carbon footprint is 2.54 kg CO2/l when vinification is performed externally.

Aged vinegar ecological footprint is comprised between 9.83 and 13.23 g m2/l.

Aged vinegar water footprint is comprised between 1332 and 1892 l/l.

The most impacting processes are: nutrient management, aging, packaging, boiling and pressing.
