An evaluation of the energy-saving technologies and solutions is conducted. Key factors are gathered through a literature survey and expert opinion. Proposed a new framework based on fuzzy MCDM techniques. Equipment efficiency group had first rank among other groups. Efficient solution for active space cooling factor had the first rank.
