Uncovering nursing students' views of their relationship with educators in a university context: A descriptive qualitative study

The better the teacher-student relationship, the better the learning attitude of the students. Students preferred a certain physical distance between their teachers and themselves to ensure a healthy relationship. The students expected there to be more academic interaction between teachers and students. To students, constructive feedback was that which was not judgmental or solely negative.
