Based on network efficiency, we proposed a new centrality measure of identifying influential nodes called Efficiency Centrality. Considering the great impact of influential nodes, we rank nodes by analyzing the different effect before and after removing each node contributes to the whole network efficiency. Efficiency Centrality can give a more accurate calculation and can distinguish spreaders more precisely, compared with other three centrality measures. Efficiency Centrality shows the efficiency and practicability of identifying influential nodes.
