Ni-Cd ferrites with the formula Ni0.4Cd0.6Fe2O4 exhibits highest dc-resistivity 3.1 M ohm-m at 560 K. Therefore these materials are useful in the electronic industry where high resistive materials are required. The present ferrites may be suitable for applications Multi layer chip inductor (MLCI).
