Metalloproteomic study in liver samples of diabetics rats. Protein separation by a two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Identification of cooper, selenium and zinc present in the protein spots by FAAS or GFASS. It was possible to characterize 75 protein spots by ESI–MS/MS.
