Preceptors' conceptions of a peer learning model: A phenomenographic study

Peer learning enables preceptors to get new perspectives on students' learning. Preceptorship in peer learning makes student independence possible. The model creates insufficiency and stress for the preceptors. For optimal use of peer learning both students and preceptors need education.
