We report a SWAT application in a basin with a temporary river system. Streamflow regime for eco-hydrological studies is predicted. We examine Hydrological Indicators(HIs) as a function of observed and simulated streamflow. Reliability of some HIs evaluated with simulated data instead of measured is examined. High flow HIs exhibit a good performance. Low flow HIs performance is improved introducing zero-flow threshold.
