Nerium oleander and its niosomal formulations were screened and compared for their bioactivities. Niosomes containing oleander showed high DPPH free radical scavenging activity. Niosomes of N. oleander showed reduced cytotoxic activities. The niosomes were characterized by DLS and AFM.
