The mechanisms of remote ischaemic conditioning (RIC) are poorly understood.
We investigated the effect of RIC on coagulation and fibrinolysis.
Healthy participants were exposed to sham, RIC, and RIC during aspirin treatment.
RIC did not substantially affect coagulation or fibrinolysis compared to sham.
