The influences of non-spherical particles on the gas absorption are studied. The SV cylindrical particles increase while SRSV ones decrease enhancement factor. The horizontal cylinder and the vertical cylinder show small differences. Higher catalyst concentration, reaction rate and smaller size are advantageous. The pseudo-homogenous model is as good as detailed numerical simulation.
