It is the first time that published article elucidates MENK mounts anti-tumor effect via regulating dendritic cells. MENK activated DCs increase in TLR4 and MyD88-NF-kB expression and secret higher levels of a spectrum of cytokines. MENK activated DCs exerts antitumor activity mainly through driving T cells.
