Data consists of 66 interviews with managers and entrepreneurs in 6 European incubators. Explanations for the low usage of the incubator’s resources are explored. Entrepreneurs are unable to recognize their resource needs. Incubators use various practices to stimulate entrepreneurs to use the incubator’s resources.
