Techno-economic & LCA evaluation of the biorefinery options annexed to sugar mill. Current practice (inefficient boiler and burring trash) is the worst option. Coal co-combustion with biomass improves the economic and environmental benefits. No coal burning shows the best environmental and worst economic performances. WIS enhancement improves the profitability due to the electricity credit increment.
