Deal with the problem of DOA estimation of more sources than sensors. Present two kinds of K-level co-prime linear array geometries. Improve the degree of freedom and the angle-resolution by using virtual ULA. Develop a multi-resolution DOA estimation algorithm by using spatial aliasing. A probability criterion is adopted to identify the actual DOAs.
