The estimator achieves a high rejection to the grid disturbances such as unbalances and harmonics. The proposed recursive version allows an efficient computational implementation. The estimator is validated by several simulations and its performance is compared with four other techniques. For a similar settling time the method exhibits a lower estimation error in the presence of grid disturbances.
