Fully automatic single-drop microextraction with one-setp extraction and derivatization and its application for rapid analysis of hydroxylated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in seawaters
We developed a fully automatic SDME to determine hydroxylated PAHs in seawaters. Extraction and derivatization was performed simultaneously. Parameters that affect the proposed method are optimized. The whole process was investigated by kinetics of mass transfer and derivatization. Most of the hydroxylated PAHs could be detected and their spatial distribution in PRE was given.
