The MRV guidelines for Thailand V-ETSs can increase the capacity of GHG reports for organizations involved in the system. Specific emission factors should be calculated based on the raw data obtained from petrochemical plants. Indirect emissions should not be included in GHG emissions reports for Emission Trading System (ETS). Suggestions of suitable uncertainty level is challenging for MRV system development for Thailand V-ETS.
