The hyaluronan-coated nanoemulsions(HNEs) has a high solubilizing capacity for PTX. The coated surface made of HA in HNEs was easily prepared via chelating bonding. The HNEs increased the targeting capability against CD44+ ovarian cancer cell. The HNEs has an excellent stability in the lyophilized & reconstituted formulation.
