Polycrystalline samples of La0.7−xEuxBa0.3MnO3 are prepared using the Pechini sol gel method.
XRD patterns indicate that the studied samples are well crystallized.
AC-conductivity analysis reveals new phenomenon which could be related to the grain size disorder.
In dc-conductivity curves, two transition are observed for x = 0.05 and x = 0.10. The second one disappears for x = 0.15.
Europium content reduces the conductivity of the material but doesn't affect the metal-insulator transition temperature.
