A possibility of transition metal (Ti, Cr, Nb, and Mo) substitution for vanadium in EuSrVO₄ has been investigated. Here we report on the results obtained concerning the single-phase regions, crystal parameters and electrical properties of these systems. A continuous range (0≤x≤1.0) of solid solutions was detected in the EuSrV_1−xCr_xO₄ system, while all the other systems studied showed limited solubility of transition metals.
