Dioscorea opposita Thunb is famous for its health preserving functions, especially in China. Deep eutectic solvent is one kind of green extraction solvent. Deep eutectic solvent-based ultrasound-assisted extraction can greatly increase the extraction yield of CYP. Box-Behnken design is used to optimize the extraction conditions of CYP.
