Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is posed as an inverse problem. We observe nonlinear spin dynamics under Rabi modulated continuous wave excitation. We validate a model of spin system response to Rabi modulated CW excitation. Off-resonance effects and excitation parameters alter the spin system response. We present an A-optimality algorithm for the selection of experimental parameters.
