Effect of UV-ozone-treated ITO on organic solar cells was experimentally examined. UV-ozone treatment reduced C organics and increased polar atomic components on ITO. Initial efficiency increased by 13% after 1-min 13.5 mW/cm2 UV-ozone exposure. UV-ozone-treatment achieved excellent durability under illumination stress.
