The number of living Species on Earth increased like a Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM). The GBM mean value is an exponential in time whose knee is just Kurzweil’s Singularity. Merging Kurzweil’s Singularity with Evo-SETI Theory is the main result of this paper. We discover an equation relating the time of the origin of life to the number of Species now. The predicted number of Species living now is about 130–140 million, rather than just 50.
