Hot extrusion was carried out on low content of TiB, TiC and La2O3 reinforced titanium matrix composites. Reinforcements stimulated dynamic recrystallization behavior of titanium matrix composites was discussed. Elongation of forged (TiB + TiC + La2O3)/Ti6Al4V composites increased nearly four times after extrusion.
