Three-dimensional scleral topographical data, acquired with Eye Surface Profiler can be used to estimate the scleral radius. The estimated scleral radius has shown to be highly precise with a coefficient of variation of 0.4%. The role of the scleral radius in ocular biometry was investigated by correlating it with other biometric parameters.
