We undertook two experiments on Oscillating Water Column wave energy converters. The Oscillating Water Column systems were modeled numerically using Flow 3D software. The numerical and the experimental model results were compared with each other. The numerical model results tend to follow the experimental model results. Chamber geometry, water depth and wave parameters are found to be important factors.
