Catalyst (KOH) was neutralized by conc. phosphoric acid added to reaction mixture. Very fast separation, biodiesel does not contain potassium and free glycerol. The formed fatty acids (from soaps) were removed by adding of Ca(OH)2. The formed calcium soaps were removed by centrifugation.
