Orthogonal waveforms design method with time-stagger and hyperbolic coding is given.

The transmitting time of subpulses is time-stagger coded to lower the ASP and CCP.

A well designed SFLFM pulse train is selected as waveform to nullify grating lobes.

The transmitting order of SFLFM subpulses is hyperbolic coded to lower the CCP.

The designed waveform set possesses an excellent orthogonal performance.
