Inorganic and organic fertilizations had different bacterial and fungal communities. Chemical fertilization decreased the richness of bacteria but increased that of fungi. Organic fertilization was effective in increasing copiotrophic bacteria. Organic fertilization had the sparsest and most discrete ecological network. Total nitrogen and ammonium were the critical drivers for bacterial and fungal communities.
