TpBGL1 adsorption onto lignins is electrostatically modulated.

TpBGL3 interacts with lignins through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions.

FnIII-like domain indeed increased non-productive adsorption of TpBGL3.

Increase of temperature did not result in the increase of β-glucosidases adsorption.
